~+ The Crystal City +~

Within the walls of Prifddinas, the elves live in peace all together, now coexisting with humans and gnomes, all allowed to enter their city for knowledge, wisdom, and shelter. The city remains stable thanks to Seren singing to stabilize the city, without her, the city would collapse. The eight clan lords rule over the elves, ensuring that another civil war doesn't break out. Tirannwn is scouted around by Iorwerth and Cadarn, having their own settlement to protect their land.

RolePlaying Information

Welcome to the Crystal City. This roleplay is based off Prifddinas, elves and Tirannwn. Everyone is welcome to role-play within the city, and join us. While the requirements states Prifddinas unlocked is required, there are other ways into role-playing through this. With cooperation, and help, I am sure this role-play will last a good long time. Please note that:

*This is a NPC owned kingdom, the eight leaders have appointed eight elves to help run things, having all the same right as the elders.

*All race allowed.

*Serenists is the main religion, but after the light within, she is no longer the elves goddess, and is now their "severnt".

*Some event will involve interaction within the tower of life (IF those appointed as second can reach it.) Note Seren will not be spoken with or be interacting with us unless it is agreed to in rp.

*Some rp will be taken outside of the city, to allow others to be able to interact with the group.

*Interaction with other kingdoms will be allowed so long they ask, or an event requires it.

*We will stick to the runescape lore of the elves.

*While roleplaying within the city, or kingdom, note that our main languages is elven, if any human, or other race come we are to use the common symbol [ this ] to show we are talking other languages.

Note some of these might change if other requests it.

Out of character information

Alright, out of character this group will be taken place in my friends chat. Adventurers is who you need to type to enter. To know if there is any role-play available, look through this thread and allow see if there is any event open. Or for a more relaxed role-play; check the friend chat for any. This will be hard as most aren't questers, or have yet unlocked the city, but I am sure slowly this will go through. Please note that:

*If you have an issue with a role-player within the group, don't let that get in the way of having fun, keep ooc problems out of rp.

*I won't be the only one taking care of the forums, once everything is settled, there will be admins to approve or deny application.

*If you have a plot, and you think we will interfere by denying it, Please talk to me, or the admins, cooperate with us on your plot, we will accept it so long it doesn't lead to a war.

*Those to are admins, I suggest making two characters, one for leading, and another for normal or event rp.

Some of these may change in the future.

: The overground pass leading into Tirannwn and Prifddinas. The entrance, which is a wooden gate, is guarded by members of the Cadarn clan, as well as the entrance towards Prifddinas. They also keep an eye on the world gate, seeing as it returned.(we don't own the gate, they just check it from time to time)

Isafdar
: A large forest located in Tirannwn. It consists of hunting spots for grenwalls and pawyas. As times it is scouted by several members of the Iorwerth clan.

Elf Camp

Lletya
: Formerly a village of rebels against the Iorwerth, Lletya is an elven village within Isafdar. A lot of elf remained within the village feeling at home. This village is guarded by members of the Cadarn clan, and it's home to all clans if they wish to live in it.

Prifddinas

Tower of Voices
The Tower of Voices is a large tower found in the centre of Prifddinas. The tower is so named because in the Tower, the elves could speak directly to one of the fragments of their goddess, Seren, who chose to shatter herself rather than be forced to leave Gielinor when the Edicts of Guthix were put in place following the God Wars. The tower, formed from pure crystal, is the most important part of elven society. Now the tower has a fully formed Seren singing the city steady, as well as their former king. It is also used as a meeting room for the eight elders. On the first floor of the tower, it was made into a small market place, with a lodestone only allowed for important people, or the elves themselves. No one but the elders, or an important figure can enter the tower. Iorwerth and Cadarn guards are around the market place.

Elven Council of Elders

The Elven Council of Elders is an unofficial name given to a government body that once ruled the elven nation of Tirannwn on the western Gielinorian mainland. Prior to the Battle of Prifddinas in the Year 1930 of the Fourth Age, the council represented the eight Elven Clans in their joint leadership in Prifddinas. During the Sixth age after the revival of Seren, she acknowledges the council as the rulers of the Prifddinas.

The council are what runs things in Prifddinas, as well as entering the Tower of Voices, allow certain people into the tower, and make decisions that helps the city.
