I saw four hidden threads and went "Oh god, what did I miss..."

There is a tentative truce between the vampyres of Morytania and Misthalin. This alliance is led by Vanescula Drakan and Safalaan Hallow with advisers including Efaritay Hallow, Aeonisig Raispher, and Veliaf Hurtz. Conditions for the human population of Meiyerditch and beyond are gradually improving with the development of the a serum that"cures" vampyrism and diminishes vampyric bloodlust in true-born vampyres. The River Salve also provides the same effects for those that cross it. Blood tithing has stopped for the time being and the prospect of voluntary tithing stations for rewards has been floated around.

Vanescula has faced issues with the true-born elite in that they don't quite understand the truce or choose not to. Something else to note: werewolves are now able to cross the River Salve freely.
