What you mentioned is close to what I am doing with my role-play group The Quest Collective. A few good differences, one of them is setting a spot within the Gielinorian history and rping that time. Which looks, and sounds very interesting.

I used to be fairly active in W42 a few years ago - was very new to RP'ing back then. After I've had a few more years of experience under my belt, mostly as a DM for DnD, I'd love to participate in this, possibly even as one of the story leaders. I was thinking of something not to different from this system not too long ago. Also I just need to get back into W42 haha.
