A letter is delivered to Tommen via castle employee at first availability.
King Tommen,
As we have discussed, I am pulling together my knowledge and resources in order to begin the development of a school for exceptional children and youths of Camelot and surrounding areas. I am writing to inquire about the Sinclair Mansion and grounds, if it were available for my purposes of this venture. I plan to make it a boarding school for those who are chosen to live while in training. Every aspect of the home and grounds will be used to teach both magical and life skills. Please let me know the possibility of obtaining the residence so that I may begin preparations as soon as possible, or begin looking for another location of opportunity.
After learning the fate of the beloved tower used by the Arens, Yselt went to investigate. Kaito was en route to accompany the mage to see about the accused attacker of both his daughter, Gwynel, and the tower, itself. Before Kaito could reach the location with Yselt, he was called away for more pressing business, so this left Yselt to venture alone. Upon arriving, the entrance to the mighty tower was destroyed along with all four ancient magic tree uprooted and levitating above the grounds exposing their roots. In the midst of the shocking scene was a
young girl of 16 apparently controlling the magic keeping the sparking trees in place within the air. There was confrontation. Words used like weapons between the two extraordinarily talented females before the air was settled again and trees returned to their rightful plots in the tower courtyard. One would walk away. The other left behind.
To the Archmage of Camelot,
Lady Yselt of House Aren,
On behalf of my father, King of Camelot and Autocrat of the North, I hereby grant you the Duchy of Sinclair as your own. With it you will be expected to fund atleast fifty percent of the academy's operations, while paying taxes, and continuing to serve as the Archmage faithfully.
For the official anointment and grant of lands you will be required to meet with my father within the week.
For reasons not shared to the expedition members, the operation had been delayed for a good number of days. The countess of Baxtorian did not hesitate to provide compensation however and each member received the week's allotted wage.
Countess Telemmaitë penned the report to the king herself. The details were sketchy at best but the mining expedition did not receive orders to proceed as they lack a map into the dense woodlands. A group of Baxtorian rangers, commonly called Wardens, were tasked to clear a suitable path to the sacred mountains. Not only did they fail to produce a map but the entire Warden team disappeared completely. Lord Kaito Calderon personally led a team to investigate. He employed the aid of the Baxtorian countess, her trusted handmaiden Sarah, and a mage volunteer by the name of Ren.
The journey was uneventful but the situation complicated itself upon arrival. The forest, largely untouched and undisturbed had varying effects on each member especially on the elves. The countess was most affected seemingly entranced by the essence of the woods itself even after they were set upon by the Wardens or what was left of them. The group battled more of the former Wardens now cursed by some nature-based power until they finally tracked down the source of the curse but not before being separated from the countess. Inside the cavern, they came upon a mummified being who refers to herself as the Mother. She had been siphoning the forest's power and the souls of the elves lured there through the ages through an obelisk that had shattered just before their arrival.
A battle ensued with the Mother displaying proficiency in elven and nature magics but seemed oddly weakened. The group only managed to defeat her through overloading her own energy and breaking her vessel. They narrowly escaped the blast and are now being tended to in Baxtorian.
*A letter would arrive at Camelot Castle with the golden wax seal of the Misthalinian Crown.*
"Sir Servus Aristocles,
The Crown would be pleased to attend such a diplomatic occasion as the first step into opening foreign affairs to this court. Should His or Her Majesty be unavailable at the occasion, I will personally attend the conference as Misthalin's representative.
Today a group of adventurers lead by His Royal Highness, Prince Jacob Calderon went to investigate the disturbance at Roldholm. Upon arriving at the frozen north the group sought out a group of miners, who had reportedly found some ancient ruins.
The miners themselves had been found although not in the best of conditions. They had apparently killed each other in a fit of madness, their bodies strewn about the floors. The Prince had been taken during the search of the bodies, much to the distress of his fellow adventurers.
Deeper within the ruins sat an ancient skeleton hoarding over a mysterious ring. The Princess Lania Calderon smote the undead beast, with the assistance of Vaxus, a Fremenik warrior and Brutus Ryder, a great hulking beast of man. Upon retrieving the ring, each of the group were subjected to a strange vision, in which a gigantic dragon was seen, destruction in it's wake. The matter is to be further investigated.
Kaito Calderon

THE FOLLOWING ORDERS WERE BOTH POSTED AND HANDED OUT TO GUARDSMEN. PATROLS WERE DOUBLED IN ALL AREAS OF CAMELOT AND THE RESERVE ELEMENTS OF THE THIRTEENTH LEGION WERE ALSO PUT ON STANDBY.
THE CITY OF CATHERBY, STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NOW HOSTED AN ADDITIONAL ARMY OF 1,500 ARMSMEN PREPARED TO MAKE THE MARCH INTO ASGARNIA, OR TO DEFEND FROM THE SAME.
"FOR THE UNLAWFUL ABDUCTION OF LADY GWYNEL CALDERON
CADMUS APOLLYON]
IS HEREBY DEEMED AND ENEMY OF THE STATE ALONG WITH THE TERRORIST ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS THE INQUISITION.
"SUSPECTED OF BEING THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTACKS ON WITCHAVEN, PORT SARIM AND RIMMINGTON -- AHZEK OF AN OPPOSING TERRORIST ORGANIZATION IS ALSO DEEMED AND ENEMY OF THE STATE, AND WILL BE KILLED ON SIGHT.
SHOULD ASSOCIATES OF EITHER APOLLYON OR AHZEK BE IDENTIFIED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF CAMELOT; THEY WILL BE ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL FOR CRIMES AGAINST THE STATE.
IT SHALL ALSO BE KNOWN THAT MEMBERS OUTSIDE OF THE ROYAL ARMY, THE GUARDSMEN CORPS, OR ANY OFFICIAL OF THE CROWN HAVE NO JUDICIAL AUTHORITY OVER CAMELOT, AND THAT CITIZENS OF CAMELOT DO NOT YIELD TO FOREIGN LAWS.
By now the people of Camelot were more than against the Inquisition. A steady propaganda campaign led by the state, and the Inquisition being blamed for the recent Market Bombing in Ardougne, fueled their distaste for the organization.
A curfew has also been imposed on all lands of Camelot. The military has bolstered guard presence in even the more outlying areas. The castle itself was also host to more mages and wards to protect from the so called terrorists.

A note, carried by a miniature, stone golem, finds its way to Camelot. The golem bears the crest of House Amara carved into its chest. Upon accepting the note from the golem, the golem disintegrates and, upon opening the note, it reads:
His Majesty, King Tommen Calderon, of Camelot,
Your Majesty, I am the new Vizier of Treasury and Commerce of Al Kharid and I wish to ask for a meeting regarding the trade agreement Camelot has with all of Kharidia. I will be travelling to Camelot soon and I would be truly honored to meet with a man of such esteem. If you have time when I stop by, I would be glad to meet with you.
Sincerely,
Vizier Sharadi Amara

Solomon stood his ground, the cloaked figure in front of him stood over the injured form of Nymeria, the white wolf's fur stained red with her own blood. Solomon ran forwards with his sword at the ready, and suddenly the figure threw back his robe and revealed a crystalline orb, from the orb came a thunderous bolt of divine lightning. Solomon fell where he stood, Nymeria whimpering as the cloaked figure gathered up the Knight of the Round and stumbled off into the night.
While on assignment in the Rellekkan Wilds, Sir Solomon Ares disappeared. His wolves returned to Camelot with Sir Jamis, who had seen nothing of the incident. All that was heard before the disappearance was an echoing lament.
