Additional comments
*This amount of land should continually be taken until something has been done about it by the invaded, this way people only holding onto the land for the sake of having it are forced into actually acting, instead of waiting for the invader oocly to get bored and give up.

**It's a good way to give more detail on characters, the main issue is that not everyone likes to use it and having to do that ends up seeming like a huge chore, myself included

***I think perhaps a month is too short for people who don't have a lot of time to roleplay, whether that be due to not wanting to or having other commitments, ideally I'd say 4 = 1 year, that way you can account for seasons, perhaps.

*x4: Technicalities aside, they should be able to still have some roleplay that isn't going to be in full view of the public as it were.

*x5: basically as long as the customs aren't stupid powerful and are more equal to cannon races, or have balancing flaws, then I'm all good.

*x6: I'm all for interaction, I just don't think that POK's should be at the helm for what seems like everything in W42.

*x7 we have plenty POK's as it is, too many in fact. if anything I'd like to see people who are displaced from POK's making these new things.

2:B - Small portion at first, and if invasion continues to be ignored, the invaders may continue to take bits of land until the holders of said land decide to do something about it.

3:N/A - No experience with this, can't comment.

Additional comments/elaboration:
* A week's a fair amount of time for someone to respond. If you haven't responded within a week, I doubt they're active enough to warrant keeping the land. In regards to ignoring a group, I've already stated that shouldn't happen.
** See above. Besides, it means they can create stories about the schism in land ownership.

1) c) They’re fine as they are

2) b) There should be reasonably justified world antagonism (i.e: plotline not for conquering for conquering’s sake)

3) d) Time’s irrelevant, it needs to be discussed with the group

4) b) Takeover of a small portion of land

5) a) I like it and we should use it more often

6) c) I don’t care

7) a) I like it, timeskips cause many complexities and inconsistencies

8) b) No, ‘invite only’ is against what it means to be a public group

9) b) No, if it’s still external to any large-scale groups

10) a) Agree, especially Customs
b) Agree, especially powerful ones like Mahjarrat
c) Somewhat, powerful races can be used in public group’s RP plots

11) b) I like them, as long as they offer varying types of RP

12) c) I don’t like it, I’d rather be able to do my own thing – it limits my RP

13) secret option i) all of the above

Answers in Order (I might include some minor clarification for clarity's sake):

1) C

Blacklists in 2011-13 were abused for convenience. Most blacklists I hear of anymore are to separate oneself from emotionally harmful individuals.

2) B

World antagonism can be good, but it must have some motivation. That motivation, however, does not have to be a "plot" in the rigid sense many interpret a plot as being. Neither do protagonists have a right to know the plot in advance.

3) D

Conflicts are only as good as the depth of discussions had about them. Time is irrelevant and often just a deterrent strategy.

4) D: None of the Above

This is a contextual issue that should be considered as a case-by-case basis.

5) D

Unfortunately, it has rarely benefited the community as a whole. Doesn't mean it needs to be taken down though - it serves as good writing practice for the authors.

6) C

Frankly it'll never be terrifically accurate and is reliant on bias.

7) A

If the community truly endeavours to be a whole PUBLIC community again, this would help.

8) B, kinda C

Some events/roleplays are contextual or rule-breaky enough to be worthy of being a private event which reflects real events for the whole of the pbulic group. Most interactions, however, should be open to public.

9) B

Freelance is unscripted RP not tethered to any individual interest or group.

10) D

Balance was never a rule. Consistency with lore and healthy writing practices supersede everybody being a human.

11) E

This is one hell of a topic. I believe it would be healthiest for the community to focus on all aspects of a single kingdom rather than a couple aspects of many kingdoms.

12) A

Nothing about this stops groups from leaving the space for plots/events. Just bases people close together.

13) E

Going back to common roots encourages RP in some cases.
