Rules
1) Normal Roleplay rules apply. But due to this being a different style of roleplaying, some things do not apply obviously as it isn't conventional.
Acquiring abilities
1) Evolved Human: You are the next in the species, unlike normal humans you have a special gene which allows you to be born with an ability. You are only allowed to have one ability, or two but they must relate to one another. For example: Fire Manipulation and Fire teleportation.
2) Synthetic/outside help: You might have been a normal person, till you ingested a certain chemical/exposed to some energy, etc, which allowed you to acquire powers.
2013 Falador Chemical Release: A formula that gave humans evo abilities was released in Falador, only affecting some. 2015 Varrock Chemical Release: Rexcorp released this once again onto falador.
3) Creature: Your physiology is what gives you your abilities, for example, werewolves, vampires, goblins, etc.
4) Their are moves/abilities that are considered auto hits, such (Some psychic attacks/forms of manipulation) these moves cannot be used excessively or fatally or possible to counter.

not
