Sorry, I should've been more specific. Can you remove the mention of the clans and users entirely? Thanks for your cooperation!

Very neat idea, despite the odd amount of backlash you've received I still think it's a good idea to publicly list private and public groups as you've done! Good work KDF-Serov!

I don't think this thread is a good idea by any stretch of the imagination, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were designed to be inflammatory from the outset. However, perhaps by specifying clearly that the criteria of acknowledgement is from your point of view and not necessarily shared by significant portions of the community, then that might be a bit more agreeable.

Well Dim you certainly managed to give me a laugh. I do like that you listed Kandarin 3 times under different names in order to bolster the length of the "public" list (presumably to make it look public instead of a small breakaway group from the main canon). Strange that Misthalin and Asgarnia are not listed by claimed region though i suppose it is slightly embarrassing to show that many "private" rps.

First of all, I'm not someone who knows much about the RuneScape Roleplaying community or this particular section of the Forums. I've done my best to educate myself on everything by reading through multiple threads (which I've done for hours now) to get a general understanding of what's going on.
What I've concluded is that this thread is causing a lot of controversy because it contradicts things that are already present in the community and it's not an accurate depiction of what is going on. There's also a thread that already exists that does what this thread was trying to accomplish.
If you want to discuss the issues of what is going on within the RuneScape roleplaying community or you want to help unite everyone, I advise you to post about it
here
.
There's already been a post by Mod Poerkie discussing everyone coming together to unite and make this community strong rather than separate. Also, there's already two threads that act as "directories" for new roleplayers. There's one for how players can get started and how it works and there's another that acts as a guideline where things are broken down more in-depth.
Let's try to work together and make this smaller, yet excellent, roleplaying community, a family that can unite and work together.
