EDIT: Quick question. If I was to apply as a character with experience in archery/ranged weapons as a teacher, since you seem to be in need, would I have to go through all the student stuff? Or would a demonstration of skill suffice enough?

If you're applying for a teacher then that's what you start at, you don't have to go through the student things first.
