Brief History: Within the deep tropical forests known as Karamja, a small tribe resided under the green canopies not far from the coast. A baby girl was here by her biological parents. It was only weeks after her birth, that her life was forever changed without her knowing it. It was on a fair, silent night when a flaming arrow struck one of the wooden buildings. It abruptly launched in an inferno, spewing embers that caused a cascading effect on the rest of the buildings. In the midst of the chaos, a small band of soldiers marched through the village; killing anything within their path. It was the officer, who led the raid, that heard the helpless cries of the infant. Following the cries, the solider found the girl laying helpless within a building near collapse. Feeling sympathy for the infant, he immediately took the girl within his arms to rescue her from building. After the group's successful raid of the tribe, the officer and his men returned home. This man took her back to his beloved wife, who lived in Rimmington, to begin raising the girl as if she were their own. They named her Akira and during his off duty months, the officer taught her how to use the sword while her step brother gave her the basics of the bow. Her father and brother often took her on trips to learn how to hunt as well. Now, barely at the age of 18, Akira seeks to further elevate her skills with the sword and also pick up new skills along the way.
