This is a very interesting, in fact, this might be a good active group that could succeed where several have failed. By several others I mean other Misthalin groups. Sadly this is not my cup of coffee, slice of bread, or bowl of soup.

But I do wish you luck and if you ever want to include a quest for my group to do (it is returning from its inactivity) do post in the same thread you posted before. Have a good one and good luck!

The recent ban on magical activity under penalty of death within the area of Draynor proper has caught my attention. I'd suggest having your agents dismantle the Salve barrier as soon as possible. That is dangerous magic impeding our allies in the east. I wish you luck in your reign.

It began as most things do; a few careless whispers here, some guarded rumors there. Hardly the stuff of seditious conspiracies. But that soon changed. What started as little more than hushed murmurs in the backrooms of smoke-filled bars reached a fever pitch when the Draynor ban on magic was instated. Someone didn't approve of the decree and was making their voice heard. How though? It didn't take long for word to spread of a roving puppet theater whose performances mock the young prince Henry.

"The Mad King," as he is known among the cast of puppets, "who favors foreign aristocrats, fears magic, and suffers from unchecked impulsivity." Each showing features him struggling with a moral dilemma, whereupon he—driven by fear, bad counsel, or impulse—opts for a hitherto unknown option, resulting in the worst-case scenario. Outcomes are generally harmful to both his subjects and the realm, but rarely does the king or his court suffer, and only then for comedic effect.

It's clear that the mastermind behind these productions is no fan of King Henry Remanis, but are they really trying to sow the seeds of rebellion? Surely such lowbrow entertainment can't be harmful... right? "Ptolemos, the friendly, informative Mahjarrat."

Character description: Cain is tall, scarred man. He's travelled from then lowest tiers of Darkmeyer to the sprawling forests and wastes of the the elven heartland. Witty, handsome, and observant, he makes his fortune in the world renting out his comabt experience to rid the world of monsters and beasts. Ultimately, he tries to respect others although often comes into friction with others as he is often sarcastic and playful.


OCC Info: Cain is my longest running and still living character. He's ruled a POK and been through alot. I'd be interested in getting more involved in the group and just being a part of things. His son is in the wizards tower, should I make a separate application for such a character? Cain himself is also far from human, and I'm willing to go more into that if required. I simply listed human as the census is I.C.
