I'm going to keep this relatively short and to the point.
I'm curious to see just how large our GMT+, Australian, etc community is.
With that in mind, the Kingdom of Kandarin could use an admin with such a time-zone. Our non-US based population continues to increase in size, and us Americans can't always be up when the Australians are enjoying their evening, or even when the Brits and other Europeans are at the beginning of their afternoon.
