The year had been a grim one for the order but through the tragedy and losses, the White Knights are slowly recuperating and recovering. As a reward to all its members, High Command has cleared all ranks down to squire to be able to attend the summer festival being hosted by the elves in their place of tradition; Baxtorian Falls. With the welfare of its members are already in mind, it was also seen as a friendly gesture to establish ties with the peoples from the far west.
The dwarves have come clean to the White Knight order regarding the incident down Falador's dwarven mines that saw several miners lose their lives and a few more missing. The mining group working in the deeper levels had unknowingly tunneled into a dormant living rock cavern with the mining explosives jarring the creatures awake and turning them aggressive leading to the sealing of a part of the mine. What's more is that a series of occasional explosions were detected in the hours after the ordeal indicating possibility of survivors. The rescue of this miners is top priority but culling the rampant living rock infestation is also welcome.
