could do as a Forum Mod, I would suggest somehow including the OSRS RP community in our assortment of sticky threads at the top of page one of the forum. This could mean we would add one more to the list of sticky threads that would help prospective new roleplayers into the OSRS community in particular, or simply asking the two holders of the in-game roleplaying threads to add/improve OSRS content onto theirs.
I think that having an RS3 guide and an OSRS guide would be a fantastic idea. That thread could also serve as the place for people to go and post when they're looking for groups (paired with a theme change, of OSRS/RS3 roleplay threads having that in the title) would help a lot with directing newcomers to the forums. For example,
