Event Recap

With the first snow of Winter falling, Legate Viven Vekon was forced to give the order that would shape the Legion's survival of the Asgarnian winter. A unlikely trio of Armsmen were called together to raid a nearby hamlet that was rumored to be holding a supply of grain and medical supplies for the local Asgarnian Lord.

Under the cover of darkness, Optio Markham and Armsmen Julia and Mathilde descended down onto the small hamlet. Using the element of sealth and the night to their aid, the trio were able to sneak their way into the small collection of hovels. In the center of the hamlet stood a Saradominist Church that was being used to house the supplies, knowing that fellow Saradominists would never commit the deadly sin of assaulting holy ground.

Knowing what they had to do was for the betterment of the rest of their Legion, the trio pressed on with their traitorous thoughts to their end goal.

Forced to do what was necessary in the moment, the trio broke into the Church and killed the clergy that were housed within. Taking whatever supplies they could carry, and making more than one trip, they staged the assault on the Church to appear as a Kinshra raid on the holy ground and made off into the night and back to the Legion's camp.

Upon the return of the trio, the Legate has ordered a full blown assault and raid on the hamlet to capture the rest of the supplies.
