Good luck to you. With the decline of text-based roleplay that was such a dominant force on world 42 for so many years, it’s good to know that someone will hopefully be there to nurture a new community long after the last of us have stopped logging onto runescape. All that for a pile of bricks.

This looks fun, if i rped much anymore id drop in from time to time the only issue i have is your point about OOC levels effecting IC which is something i really disagree with. I mean i have 99 in Atk Str Def HP Magic, that would mean my charecter is someone who barely ever can miss has unbelievable phsyical strength is a human tank who can take an extreme beating and is a top tier magic user. Not something i find very realistic for an rp charecter of any sort if im truthful so i would recommend ditching that rule as its using OOC factors to effect IC

Check out the clause about: If you have it, you can downplay it.
