Wenkaurg

Race: Hobgoblin

Gender: Male

Appearence: Not extraordinary, although he does sport a rather large beard.
Personality: Wenkaurg is more intellectually minded than other Hobgoblins, more dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge but no less Bandosian than his kin in using it. He is alienated from most circles due to his propensity to speak Common in it's proper form, but nonetheless he holds himself in high esteem due to his own connections with several powerful Bandosians in the past.

History: Wenkaurg began life as an inauspicious tribesgoblin living on a reservation in Asgarnia, where the language and heritage of his people were diluted by the speech and mannerisms of the humans living over them. When he was old enough, Wenkaurg left his ancestral home and made his way to Goblin Village where he was recruited into the Chosen Battalion and trained into an ambitious shaman. He was employed, for his ability to speak to humans fluentl,y as ambassador by the Warmaster Fulgrash during his campaigns, and as such rarely saw much use. Now Fulgrash has stepped down from his position, but Wenkaurg is already aspiring to surpass his legacy.
The ending of the words is ALMSIVI

Name: Blackears

Race: Goblin

Gender: Male

Appearence: His skin a mix of green and black, it is assumed it was some sort of birth defect that made Blackears stand out compared to his other goblin kin.

Personality: Blackears holds a little above average intelligence compared to the other masses of hordes that Bandos can command. Able to problem solve to some degree and speak a few very loose phrases in common.

History: Blackears started and lived his life like most goblins in service to Bandos. Present in the fighting in Asgarnia, Blackears was there when their Mightly War God fell, leaving him leaderless for a time. Escaping to the mountains, Blackears took up a life as something no better than a cave goblin, attacking any poor souls that neared his own cave. It wasn't until sometime later that Blackears heard of the Chose Battalion and of it's leadership still living by Bandos's ethnics, Blackears came down from the mountains with a few other of his kin to join with the Chose Battalion.

Other: First time playing any sort of creature like this, so please be gentle.

Accepted, Myles x

Can't do much threadwork until Saturday, wherein I hope to get the first page finished. On saturday evening I'll be hosting a RP to offer some context to the new leadership in the CB.

Name: Morgannwg 'Iorwerth'

Race: Elf

Gender: Male

Appearence: A fair height of 6'0, with black skin and darkened eyes. His hair, white as snow, flows down to just beneath his shoulders; signifying his age as being quite old, even for an elf.

Personality: Aggressive and straight to the point, despising lies and desiring nothing more than to cleave a head open.

History: Morgannwg split off from Camelot after the peace was signed with the Battalion, joining their ranks in search of more combat, seeing as they were now an ally of his people. Morgannwg has always sympathized more with Haluned than Seren, and as a result, is not your typical, peace-loving elf.

He specializes in crystal weaponry; an unfamiliar sight in the Battalion.

Other: dark elf ;l

Role-Play Summary
;

As the moon blocked out the sun and the sky shifted from a rich blue to a dull purple, the great orange ring in the sky lingered. Shadows fell upon the western reaches of the Battalion's terretories, and their inhabitants feared the worst. The Big High War God was angry. Mudbrain, a chieftain in the Saragorgak tribe, formed a group of shamans to travel to the ritual cave; a neutral ground within the rowdy trollheim mountain range. It is here that a statue of the first Chosen Commander stands proudly, a historic trading point and place of worship for Bandosians since the late Second Age. The charge presented to the group by Warmaster Fulgrash is to travel to the cave and perform the sacred ritual to appease Bandos, and save Garagorsh-Kaan from his holy wrath.

The group set out as a small band with Mudbrain at the head, supported by his fellow shamans Wenkaurg and Pinkhead, alongside a handful of goblins and the Battalion's resident elf, Morgannwg. travelling up to the 'Gateway'; a captured dwarvern minecart station that separates the Ekeles from the Rekes; the East from the West. The dwarvern Black Guard had launched a counterattack upon the station, as it was an important trading hub and supply depot for Ice Mountain and the Grand Exchange. Hordes of goblins were in a stalemate with the dwarves, who were holed up inside the remains of the bar, with a short-range cannon. The tide was turned multiple times in a hours-long skirmish between the Bandosian forces and Keldagrim's finest, zealots crashing upon the stoic, sturdy battle lines of the dwarves.

Role-Play Summary
;

The battle was starting to look bleak for the goblins- broken ranks of the dwarvern lines reformed quickly and efficiently, cannon blasts pounding the attacking force literally into the ground, with no way to flank around and claim the red room. The small warband offered support to the goblins attempting to contain the Black Guard, and after a brief speech, they attacked oncemore. Wenkaurg and Mudbrain split the handfuls of greenskins under their command into two forces to engage the stout defenders at different points, leaving the cannon open to be attacked from across the room by Pinkhead. After unleasing spells of varying success and changing the tide of the battle for better and worse, Pinkhead was vital in keeping the dwarves on their toes and thus, giving the Bandosians the upper hand.

With Mudbrain out of comission after recieving a chunk of shrapnel to the chestplate from a cannon shot and Wenkaurg duelling the Black Guard's champion, the goblins became confused and disorganised oncemore, almost completely pushed back to the door. Eventually, the champion was slain with Wenkaurg suffering a broken wrist from the fight, and thus the Black Guard's attacks became more fierce. The hobgoblin shaman found himself behind the Black Guard's defensive line, and blasted the cannon with an air spell- causing it to rise from it's supports and face the ceiling, just as it was fired. The lead shot ball hit the weakned roof beam above, causing it to rupture and unlease a cascade of rubble atop of the cannon crew and the dwarvern lines. In the confusion, the Bandosians claimed victory.
