Personality : Shah is vain, narcissistic and somewhat antisocial- regarding anyone outside of her creed with both curiosity and suspicion. She finds herself sympathetic towards the downtrodden and prefers to associate with society's outcasts, harbouring a dislike towards nobility and social expectations.
Brief History : Her life has been dangerous and turbulent thus far, survivability is one of Shah's most honed and renowned attributes. She was born to a tribe of Bedabin nomads and taught how to thrive in the inhospitable desert climate. When she was seven, she was kidnapped after her family had a run-in with a group of slavers, who took her and their other victims to Menaphos. Auctioned off, she was bought by a merchant to help tend to his camels and accompany him on his trade route from Menaphos to Pollnivneach.
After a number of years, the old merchant caught illness and died, and ownership of Shah was transferred to his next of kin, a Kharidian gambler who staked on gladiatorial tournaments within Al Kharid's Duel Arena. Shah was trained to fight, and became proficient with the khopesh and the spear, and a household name within Kharidia. She earned her freedom, and yet continued her career within the Arena. She eventually earned a small fortune, thusly moving from Al Kharid to reside in Pollnivneach and Menaphos.
