The Queen

The Position of the reigning monarch of the sovereign lands of Ardougne is held by:

Her Majesty, Viven, By the Grace of Saradomin, Queen of Ardougne, Dame of the Order of Dragon,

The Queen is the highest noble in the Kingdom where onto all vassals swear allegiance too. She selects and can remove members of the Council as she pleases. The Queen is the heart and soul of the country.

If the Queen was to die or pass, her eldest child, the Prince or Princess of Ardougne, shall succeed to the throne. If the monarch dies without any known heirs, the throne falls to the Emperor to decide.

The Queen is single and ready to mingle.

The Nobility
The Nobles of Ardougne are the very center of Imperial power. The birthplace of the Vekonic rule and the Holy Kandar Empire, Ardougne stands as the shining beacon of Kandarin rule all over the Empire.

To become of Noble Birth, you must show proof of nobility going back 5 generations or, become Knighted on the field of battle for being of upstanding character and renown.

Nobles are given the right of ransom if captured in battle, they have the right to trial by combat if they wish it so, and can only be trialed before the Queen or Crown.

The Order of the Dragon

Whether referred to as the Crimson Order, the Dragon Knights, or The Most Noble Order of the Dragon, this elite brotherhood is an order based out of Ardougne and the Kingdom of Kandarin, and is known as one of the most prestigious orders in all the land. Since its inception under Vectis Vekon I and Prince Tirus Vekon, the Order has risen and fallen over several iterations, much like the noted House Vekon itself. Though upon each rising, the Order of the Dragon has not once failed to prove their chivalrous loyalty and undying courage in the face of any who would threaten the sanctity of the Kingdom.
