I agree with Justin. The past attempts at making a POK there has failed. Just leave it there and allow whoever to roleplay there. It's past time that we start chopping down on POKs. Myles

Far as I'm concerned if blade wants to create a POK up there then he should be free to do so (unless there are other contenders) "The greatest endeavors are achieved because of their selfless intent"
