History: York was born Remus Salvatori to the noble House Salvatori in Ardougne. However, in a bid to gain power, Remus was auctioned off to a cult by his father. The cult bound the teenage York to an Avernic demon named Deucalion. In times of distress or when York loses consciousness, Deucalion took over. Such an example is clear in York's return to his family home. He lost control and Deucalion took over, the demon went after his family and slaughtered them. The house burned down, and York took on the name York as he went into hiding.

Personality : In times of serious matters, especially around those she doesn't know, Arayah can seem cold, skeptical and distanced; in casual, especially around those close to her, Arayah is calm but of a free nature. Arayah values companionship, and is deeply compassionate towards her friends and loves ones.
History : Spending most of her life with her tribe, her curiosity for the outside world brought her to Asgarnia, where for three years she has lived, learning of civilization away from her people. Seeking fortune to start a life of her own, Arayah is convinced that by taking work on the sea, she would be able to obtain great fortune. This is where her life with the Red Stripe Trading Company should begin.

The Wallasalki moored to Red Stripe's dock on Ashdale, awaited by Chairman Bronson. The sun and calm seas made for a boost in morale amongst the crewmen, and Tariq was instructed to select four other crewmembers to brief the chairman on the events which had occurred, before he met with Captain Porter, First Mate McSorley and Boatswain Le'Gaunt.

Vivienne Dulbant, Edward 'Ned' Jones, Neil Scaeva and Oliver Longshanks accompanied Tariq for the meeting, where Barry questioned them on the events of their turbulent journey from Sarim, and engaged in general chatter.

Upon deciding that they were fit for his purposes, Barry brought four to the island's Cliffside path, leaving Tariq to oversee the transfer of cargo to the main warehouse. They were instructed to head into the 'Storm Cave', which was a large cavern leading to a rocky arch which had been repurposed into a shipyard, holding the Pride of Ashdale- the Red Stripe Company's galleon and an important ferry for bulk haulage between the Wushanko and Menaphos. The issue at hand was that the cave had been taken over by moblins, amphibious goblins who enjoy salvaging timber and goods from shipwrecks.

The company's workmen had been slaughtered or chased away from the shipyard, and the cavern which doubled as an emergency retreat for if the island is under invasion was now infested. Barry instructed the motley team to head down and investigate the damage wrought by the creatures whilst he could assemble the Camelite armsmen on the island to clear out the cavern. The brave buccaneers headed down the slippery slope to the cave's entrance, and entered.

Inside the ship lay incomplete, with the true depth of the place obscured by a murky gloom. The corpses of crassians littered the floor, one of which was being feasted upon by a moblin in a pair of ripped breeches. Buying Plant Feed

Oliver Longshanks was the first to act, finding a bottle from a nearby crate and stuffing a rag into the neck, lighting it and using the slow burning alcoholic contents as a torch. The moblin was alerted, however, and called out- it's voice echoing around the cavern, citing similar responses in return. The fairly silent cave was now home to a melody of scrambling and grunts, and the troublesome foursome chose to engage. They used their numbers to overwhelm the first moblin, who scrambled around surprisingly quickly.

Vivienne and Neil used rocks and the crassian corpses to slow down it's peers, who were climbing the cliff face. The moblin managed to knock out Ned with a strong hit to the head using a rock, and closed in on Oliver. Following a brief scrap, Oliver's neck was bitten by the foul beast, who was impaled by the man's blade, and left to die. Over the rocky lip, two more appeared- one heading to tackle Vivienne and Neil, one heading to avenge it's brother.

The scrapping turned gory. In the confusion, Ned's body was dragged to the cave entrance whilst the three who remained chose to fight back the incoming, fish stinking tide of trident wielding beasties. The crewmen managed to hold them at bay, until a leader with a helmet fashioned out of a dead red king crab and a spear challenged them. Crabhead the goblin lashed to hit Vivienne in the head as one of it's peers managed to slash his abdomen with a blade. Neil called a retreat, but not before oliver had beheaded the moblin leader.

Whilst most retreated, one moblin remained in a frenzy, attacking the retreating Neil and Vivienne, causing Oliver to tackle it and give them time to get to the cave's entrance. The scrap eventually resulted in Oliver's favour, and the cavern was mostly cleared. Retreating after claiming Crabhead's head as a trophy, Oliver and Neil dragged Ned and Vivienne up the slope, leaving a bloody trail after them- all four having sustained injuries. Buying Plant Feed

Reaching the top of the cliff, a shocked Barry called for surgeons to cart away Vivienne and administer first aid to the remaining three, sending in the militia and armsmen who had mustered to clear out the remainder of the cave. In return for their heroic actions, he offered compensation to Vivienne, Neil and Oliver, and a new pair of shoes to Ned. Neil suffered a dislocated knee and a few blunt trauma injuries, Ned suffered a cracked skull, Oliver suffered a number of cuts and scrapes of varying sizes, and Vivienne was all but gutted and broken, barely surviving.

Hey, everybody. Rosalin is opening up her Little Schoolhouse for Special Sailors which will be happening ooc every Monday, Wednesday and Friday night in RS time; she'll be teaching any illiterate characters you would bring to her teachings the ability to read, write and count, dedicating every other two weeks to each of the skills. So have your character come learn, or just have them come to look at her chest, which ever floats their boats! Again, this will be happening almost completely ooc since I'm not a teacher myself and would prefer to not embarrass myself. ;U

I might end up starting some classes ic though, if I'm feeling intelligent enough.

Those moblins aren't just limited to the west- a few sightings have been reported in the East, with some rumours. The locals speak of Onis and other such evil spirits lurking with packs of orange-eyed blue goblins.
