Anvil Actual, you'll want to see this. It's an unencrypted message from The Judge sent to the Enforcer General. We've struck a heavy blow, but I fear we may be on pins and needles soon enough. We can't afford to get sloppy, and we need to take out Alexia before she is well guarded. I'll relay your orders as soon as I can.

"General

They've stuck at our heart. Our blood. The eastern reservoir is gone, ALL of it. The Myreque are back. It's not paranoia. First off, an enforcer playing dead hears one of it's assailants say, quite clearly, "Ebony Strife", the name of one of our enemies, PRESUMED dead, then the blood reservoir gets hit.

What's worse is it was somebody coordinated enough to attempt to make it look like the blood reservoir hit wasn't Myreque-related, but was some group of mad easterners. ...admittedly, we kidnapped their leader's daughter, but it wasn't them that blew the place up. No. I got word from the shipping office that there was a theft there. Somebody took a single bar from their safe. Why's it a problem? BECAUSE IT'S WHERE THE SHIPPING MANIFEST WAS!

Wheezing can be heard for a few seconds, before the man clears his throat.

They're trying to stay in the shadows, but it's not going to work. They found out about my shipping office, and have access to supplies that let them destroy the damned refinery. Not many people have access to supplies like that, and we both know who I mean.

You've had a habit of staying off of your comm-gems for a few days at a time. You'd damned well better not this time. I'm sending this off now, despite who might be listening. I want you to send all the protection you can to Alexia. Not in a week, not in a few days, RIGHT NOW. And send me confirmation the SECOND she's secure! You botch this up and I'll have your head.

-Richter"

Well, with that out of the way, I believe congratulations are in order!

Congratulations to Isaac Stark (now
Anvil Actual
)
on his promotion to
Lieutenant
.

Congratulations to Ebony Strife (now
Silver Actual
)
on her promotion to
Partisan

Congratulations to York Ashton (now
Cobalt Actual
)
on his promotion to
Acolyte

Our work's far from over boys, but I'm proud of you all! We've struck a decisive blow to the Judge's regime and gained very important intelligence.

To all members of Anvil (Silver and Cobalt teams):

Enforcers are subject to the Salve Barrier, losing their precognition when crossing. Be careful, they still posses all of their other abilities.

Enforcers have their spines reinforced with metal, making decapitation all but impossible. Their heads however, are regular, if thick, bone.

Enforcers are capable of firing off extremely powerful kenetic magic instantly.

Enforcers also have the ability to disintegrate their weapons before they die to prevent disarming and subsequent slaying. To those that don't know, the "easiest" way to kill an Enforcer is by driving their own blade through them.

New abominations, code-named "Tearers," have cloaking magics bound to them. They, however, are relatively weak compared to Enforcers.

Tearers can climb walls, ceilings, and possibly any other surface. They attack in packs and strike from every angle. Fight back-to-back and don't let them get behind you.

Tearers can be tracked by a Mystical Researcher. It is imperative that you only engage Tearers when myself or Oracle are available to scan your surroundings.

That's all for this briefing. Please keep safe out there, Anvil. The rest of the world may have their eyes in the sky, but you are the ones keeping the East/West Peace from total breakdown. Strength through Wisdom, Vatic out.

Silver Team's COMINT officer and CommOrb handler.

Hidden in the Mort Myre swamps is the facility where The Enforcers are created, where both daeyalt and processed blood is sent. The Enforcers' own blade seems to be key to defeating them, and this is likely the only place in Gilenor where they're produced. Moreover, it's likely the only lab in Morytania where The Enforcers are created, and it needs to be destroyed. Permanently.

•Don't set off any alarms! A straight-up fight with The Enforcers would be a death sentence.

Try to find out how to produce The Enforcers' blades en-mass .

Mission Cancelled!

This mission was deemed to be far too dangerous to undertake. In addition, Bane Metal was already recovered, and the secrets of how to make the blades where already known, so there was very little point in assaulting the Enforcer Production Facility.

In addition, Anvil Actual decided that he would employ an "alternative tactic" and resolved to kill the Enforcer General himself, thus rendering most Enforcers useless.

The documents from Operation: Tainted Blood indicate that there is a secondary facility still being used out in the Myre.

Documents recovered indicate this is where Tearers are produced, or were developed at least. Furthermore, the facility uses varied amounts of
[REDACTED]
blood, implying that it was a key ingredient to the Tearers' production. This may be where the remnants of Proteus's blood is. Investigate, and shut down the facility.

[

•Try not to set off any alarms.
FAILED!

•See if there's any information present on how best to deal with the Tearers.

Mission Complete!

Myreque agents Bella and Athena worked with Proteus to break into the facility. Encountering minimal troubles on their way there, the group incapacitated a human guard and interrogated him. Deciding to let him live, setting him free, they continued into the heart of the facility.

The guard promptly went for the alarm and set the whole facility into lockdown. Proteus was promptly able to kill the lone enforcer who'd been there, getting the drop on it using an "enforcer-bane" blade. Unfortunately, with no other Enforcers being present, this prompted the researchers to release all of the Tearers in the facility.

Mission Report Continued

As they moved into her bedroom, they found that the room had pressure plates hidden under the carpet. Getting uneasy, Silver Team quickly tried to assassinate Alexia, before their commorb network was breached, by the Enforcer General, who taunted them, revealing that the whole thing was a set-up, and that "Alexia" was actually a body-double.

Two Enforcers prepared themselves outside the bedroom, while two Tearers inside the bedroom's closet jumped out and attacked, one with Elzbeth's face and features, the other with Strife's face and features. Other than their faces, and the fact they were wearing blue, bladed armor, they acted the same as regular Tearers.

Lieutenant Stark managed to entangle the two Tearers with custom-made runic tablets, before he and Acolyte Elaran escaped the trapped room. They, along with Proteus's golem, ran back towards he entrance being persued by enforcers. However, The Enforcers weren't looking to kill either of them - one successfully stunned Elaran, while the other pursued Stark, all but ignoring the golem.

The Enforcer which had attacked Elaran was soon killed by Proteus's golem, literally having it's head crushed by the giant crystal golem. The one that went after Stark tore his hood off as he stabbed it through the head repeatedly, sacrificing it's own life to obtain his identity.

Several more enforcers swarmed the building, and Oracle teleported Silver Team out before they were overwhelmed - but Lieutenant Stark escaped with one of the Enforcers' blades.

The following is a small audio-log, unencrypted, which Temple Knight monitoring channels picked up shortly after Alchemist's Folly.

Calsidiu.

Three years ago, you lost it all. I smashed to pieces the remnants of The Myreque that you barely held together. And in those three years, Morytania became mine, my power growing like a tree, feeding off of the blood of your dead comrades.

Why come back? In the hopes that you still had allies?

Perhaps you hoped to right the wrongs you'd done?

You already know that it's too late. I'm waiting for you.

You're powerless to stop the machine I've set in motion. You think I'm alone in this?

Those who serve me are rewarded...

...and those who turn against me, mutilated.

I control every inch of this land. Day and night, rain or shine, my troops are everywhere . There's nowhere for you to run, or hide. You think destroying one of my blood reserves will end my reign? Every single person of power in Morytania bows to me and me alone.

My name alone is fear. Vampyres and humans alike quake in my footsteps. You? You are prey. You should have run, tail between your legs. Coming back here, coming to settle some petty feud - it's suicidal. But I suppose that's exactly what you are, isn't it, "Calsidiu"? Isaac, my old friend...

...I've killed you once. I'll gladly kill you again.

Fine. But I like to think I look more nefarious than that.

Proselyte Mikhail's theory about the nature of the altar in Tainted Blood seems to have bore fruit. The site where the "blood" was produced has trace signiatures indicating that a rip in the Anima occurred there, but that it sealed itself back up. ...which should technically be impossible.

The same trace signiatures can also be found underground, beneath Morytania itself. The rough area where had blood delivered to it from the Blood Reserve facility years ago, however shipping suddenly stopped. Investigate the coordinates of the "decommissioned facility", and find out the cause behind the "tears" in the Anima.

•Find out what the original purpose of the facility was.

•Find out if any materials in the decommissioned facility can help produce an Enforcer's Blade..

Mission Complete!

The Facility was overrun with Abyssal Demons, and seemed to be a site primarily devoted to tearing through various different planes, in an attempt to make a "plane-walking" assassin. The experiments went wrong, but not before they were able to find out how to make extremely disruptive "tears" into the abyss, siphoning out Anima routed from other places.

There was, however, information present indicating that the Enforcers' Bane Metal blades were made from Bane Metal recovered from several caches on Kethsi, at least one of which is still unopened.

Hello there! This looked like quite the interesting group. I'm still getting a feel for Runescape roleplay, so would it be alright to join as a guest and interact a bit with your roleplay clan?

Race: Human (with diluted Moonclan blood)

Age: 24

Temple Knight Rank: Initiate (potential)

White Knight Rank: N/A

Place of Birth: Lunar Isle

Known Aliases: The Blue Wanderer, The Feathered Servant, The Dusty Chef

Known Affiliates: None officially. Some dealings with the Godless and Lady Thalia

Known History: It's not that no one knows of her--quite the opposite, there are so many stories it's impossible to know which tale is true! Said to be a chivalrous wanderer who helps those she comes across, she's appeared as a wizard, a servant, a farmer, and even a chef. Seemingly tied to no one, she assists the weak, the poor, and even more militant groups bent on helping the common people. It's rumored that her roots run all the way back to Lunar Isle, as she tells strange tales of both the Lunar and Northern sea.
