FCs usually appear when an RP event if about to happen and serve the purpose of greater communication when not everyone is in chat range. Otherwise I believe you may be out of luck. Guesting in Clan Chats are your best bet - though some even cut out that middle man and go to discord, where members tend to hang out. "The gods envy us.
