...Also, all private roleplay will become publicly cannon in order to get rid of the "exclusive" feel that 41 has. This will allow anyone to freely opt in and enjoy a session of roleplaying,...
I don't remember you, but it seems you're a player who's just come back from a long time of being gone. So, I'd like to drop a status update on stuff you may or may not remember from back when you used to be in W41 (if you ever were):
The 'mainstream' communities of W41, the Wizards Tower and the pok's canon, merged before the community died out. And the way it died out was that people just moved onto other stuff, or got busy in their real lives.
Cat, Hunt, Dastan, Horus, Luc, Sonic and I, we all moved to W42 when the community died out.
This isn't a message of discouraging you.
What I'm saying is, your entire community on W41 is not what it once was. Everyone there is different from the community W41 used to have. So, to respond to your mention of W41 having an "exclusive" feel, it hasn't been that way in a long, long time, lmao.
Good luck, though, in reviving RP there. I hope to see some good results.
What my adorabubble little brother said. Good luck in your efforts. Honestly might see me roaming around from time to time, scouting out potential locations for a plot I might use w41 to experiment with.

Daily reminder that the community died (at least in part)
because
of the merge, not independently of it.
People get bored of RP (and stories in general) when there is no conflict, buddy; no obstacles to overcome, no enemy to overthrow. W41 had no more villains to chase out once SA was booted, and once it was established that there would be no competition or rivalry between
Region of Tales
and the Tower, among other such things. W41 roleplayers got bored and left the community
because they succeeded at their own goals in the first place
; the goals, that is, of chasing out "trolls" and meanieheads, putting an end to all debate, criticism, and differences of opinion, and in general creating a society which was far more authoritarian than the so-called "fascism" (which make no mistake, was nothing more than a bogeyman) it fought so damn hard to evict. That's a wonderful irony, isn't it? It's because W41's crusade against "elitism" succeeded that it was able to die at all!
If even the most basic, fundamental concepts of storytelling structure elude you, then you're really in no great position to lecture other people on how RP works, and why RP died in 41. I certainly wouldn't trust you to spearhead the revival effort, if you have no intentions of really paying attention to the
facts
of what went down and who is largely responsible for these events' transpiring.
If W41 is to regenerate and survive then you'd better believe it needs some tough love right now, because your system of coddling people and giving their opinions equal value regardless of facts, logic, and overall merit, quite clearly
did not work
.
I hope OP is taking notes.
