@ Sir Bool - Yep. When it says character name, put the organization. So in your case, The White Knights. Then for how many copies, just put how many copies you think you'll need.

In other news...

We now also do ADVERTISING for clans and businesses in-character. So if your role-play in-character would have an advertisement. So for example a military group, a school, guard position - anything that needs to advertise an event or job and want it to feature in the first issue: Post an app now for it. #TeamDaenerys

As for the interview, who is "we"? If you mean the sicarius, I don't want to be offensive but I'm afraid that it isn't really the thing i'm interested in doing right now. As I want the Gielinor Times to cover the recent events. We may be interested in doing interviews with families like the Sicarius later on, but not right now probably.
