^ I imagine higher-ups in the god factions would know. And the Crux Eqal + High ranking Void Knights, probably.
Sooo, Temple Knights, high-ranking White Knights, high-ranking Kinshra, Guardians of Armadyl, some aviansie, some icyene, older and more trustworthy elves that are closer to the elders/Baxtorian in their society

Idk about Zarosians or Godless -- Vorago probably wouldn't care enough to tell the Godless because he doesn't really see them as his team or anything. And Zaros is mysterious dude who doesn't tell people everything
Mods pls notice me

this is of course assuming the knowledge of what actually went on in the Endgame is public knowledge.

My assumption would be that the only public knowledge that would spread would be Sliske's death (which I assume would spread quickly) and then the destruction of the stone which I assume would be a much slower spread. Higher-ups would know quickly and then it'd make its way down and then outside groups who were tracking the stone (Runecrafting guild) would know somewhat soon.

Well, in lore it would be unknown, as stated by Magus each factions can state their belief in it. Of course the most I've heard is Armadyl was raced and won, but that's up to you all to decide. We know Sliske died, and we should also know the stone is destroyed, as the gods know, (Talk to armadyl, Saradomin, and Zamorak they will have knowledge into that.)

So Sliske's death and the stone's destruction is known. However, anything after or before that would be unknown (Like Who won the race, who races the world guardian, the WG met Jas.) Although the Jas part would most likely be rumors of some sort.

These news would spread because remember, news reached certain faction that gods/champion was invited (minus Godless unless they go, waste their time and try to ask Vorago how it went.) Then those who are higher up would know, they would spread the news to in a manner of either within their forces, or publicly. So one of the faction would have leaked the information, while others slowly spread it.

As for who won it, like Dean and Magu said let those faction stat they their god/champion won it, the Zamorakian spread stories trying to claim the kill of Guthix well word spread stating what really happened.

For anyone confused:

The Elder Mirror is able to channel energy, copy it, and redirect it. Using "The Echo", which is basically the connection to The Catalyst that the Dragonkin have, Kerapac used the Mirror to take a lot of available anima energy (given their location in The Heart), funneled it through the Mirror and redirected it through his own connection to the Stone, (which was rather painful given the screaming) and overloaded the Stone.
I'm confused for another reason! How did kerapac get the elder mirror! Last we saw it was in the possession of the necrosyrtes in the dragonkin vault! Somehow I don't think those guys would give them the mirror willingly so does that mean the kerapac and the other dactyls killed those guys? Also with the removal of the curse will kerapac keep his promise if we put hannibus in stasis to try to help ilujanka?
