It's true they're certainly playing against the spirit of the game by utilizing cheats, but there's still a human behind the screen and it's hard to imagine what they might be going through or their motives behind cheating. I perfectly understand the urge to rage, but it's best to stop and think and instead report the player through the appropriate channel on that game.
There are undetected cheats in all games, so it really helps that you report it and let the game's AC team tweak their technologies!
