As right now, I'm a sous chef for a fine dinning restaurant at night and during the day I'm a prep cook for a local BBQ/ Everglades style food ( I know two completely different culinary worlds!)
In the winter time i can easily work 100 hours a week (40-60 at each job) but beforr all that as soon as i graduated high school I joined the US Army and became a Food Operations SPC and I was also a paratrooper!
I'm also married and have two boy 3 and 4 plus one more boy on the way! My plate is pretty full!

I used to do City Year. It's a non-profit that has it's Corps Members mentor and tutor children in urban city schools. A pretty unforgettable year. The good, the bad, the service. : )

I'll be studying to get my MSW at NYU this fall (in 4 days...) Am a nervous wreck :z

On my free time or whenever I get inspired (usually an extreme of any emotion) I write songs/music. I am by no means good, I just do it cause I enjoy it. Whenever no one's around I usually sing really loudly. I am a pretty quiet person and I don't usually have a space to belt. I used to mute my mic whenever talking to people online so I could sing loudly lolol..sorry guys...

I like to run even though I'm terrible at it.

When I'm not being weird irl, I run a clan and fc on RS which actually seems like a 2nd job at times. In any case, that's what I do. School, music, exercise, RS, Intern.

I pick my nose and add the freshly mined nasal gold to my giant boogerball. Right now it's roughly ten inches in diameter and several years down the road I'll phone up Guiness World Records and have them verify that my boogerball is the world's largest. Then I'll make my living by selling tickets to behold its glory.
