My answer wont change much from page 39: I'm still an RF engineer, but I'm switching companies very soon. This coming week will be my last in aerospace (for now) before going more commercial on consumer products.

If people even know what an RF engineer is (a subset of electronics engineering), then they usually think of antennas, but I'll be candid when I say I understand very little about antennas outside of one undergraduate module on it... it might be good enough to barely make it through a very generalized conversation with coworkers. I work on the circuit boards that the antennas connect to.

It's funny to think the antenna person's job is to make the antenna emit a signal so that another antenna on the receiver can pick it up, but my job is to mitigate it on the circuit board... you wouldn't one wire (trace) to talk to another one on the circuit board, and at high frequencies the signal has more prominent characteristics that behave like light: the signal can have reflection just like pointing your flashlight to the window, and so a lot of the signal bounces back instead of making it to the other side of the glass where the load (like an antenna or an amplifier) is at. I work at an Arts Venue called HOME (Theatre/Cinema/Restaurant Arts Venue in Manchester Deansgate, really awesome place) and it's on Tuesdays I work :) 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

I go round there on occasion, I work for an agency next to the sainsburys across the road but am often to be found mooching around the city library or having a pint in the FAB CAFE geek bar on Portland!

I have done a multitude of different jobs, jack of all trades :)
