I work for an *extremely* large company that makes household products. I work in the department that makes Toilet Paper. The hours are long, being 12 hour swing-shift (day and night shift in the same week) but the pay is quite good. I'm looking into going back to school to either finish my Electronics Engineering Technology degree, or getting an Associates in Business Management, especially since my company will pay 80% tuition.

I work as an Auxiliary Police. I have been deployed many places before. Construction sites, Airport, Checkpoint and more. I am quite a veteran in these sector at just an age of 25. I start working full time at the age of 21. My education is not high but I earned way higher salary than some of the higher educated. So for me school is a waste of time. Before that I have been to the army for 2 years. Story of my life....

I'm a little behind on my studying because I dropped out of school two years ago, so I had to start all over again. I will be studying software engineering, and I have been programming for a few years now, so that will be pretty exciting. :)

In my free time, I just grind away on old school runescape.

Well here in Australia I've got a job mowing lawns 1 day a week which I just started. I've been offered more days and hoping for the right time to take them up. I've done packing, garden nursery work and recycling electronic waste.

I am a Law Enforcement Officer! There are so many different kinds of Law Enforcement Officers though, and a lot of people do not understand that! I am personally a Correctional Officer that works inside of a jail. You may ask me, "Does that mean your a prison guard?" No, I am not! As a matter of fact, a little known fact is that jail and prison are actually two different things. Prison is where you go AFTER being Convicted of a Crime--long term confinement. Jail is short term holding--until you are found Guilty or Make bail--after being charged with a crime but before your actual trial.

I did go to the Police Academy for my job, but we only completed about 50% of the academy for Jail Basic. We did not get into ticketing, pulling people over and stuff like that for obvious reasons.

I work inside of a direct supervision jail which means we have officers inside of the housing units anytime the inmates are out. I am one of those officers and I have seen my fair share of fights, medical emergencies, and been attacked a few times myself. I would get into more detail about my personal job but I feel like it may give me away to easily.

I am certified to carry and use a Glock 17 through DOC Standards though, so that's nice! And I get 50% off at Chipotle entire order, 35% off at Underarmor and Oakley!

If anyone is curious about the position itself feel free to contact me!

Correctional Officer here. Are you Auxiliary as in unpaid called in when needed / scheduled full time? Or you work for different departments? The local Sheriffs Office here has Auxiliary Officer's and they are all scheduled full time but they do not get paid.
