Their knives. I recently stopped working aa a chef but before that I owned a pair of Japanese knives which, if you ask me, are the finest blades in the world to work with. Expensive, yes - but so worth it!

Their whisky does taste good as well. They have come along way when it comes to making whisky. Ooh, shiny things!

There are probably a lot of great things that Japan have invented and produced, the things that come to mind are their food.

And in particular sushi, and their cars. The last 3 cars I have owned have been Toyota Corollas.

I know that their food, like fish is very fresh.

But like a lot of countries there is a lot more to Japan than I know.
