Lindt Chocolate. It's too good, Lindor Truffles / Milk chocolate Lindt Bars are my personal favorites. The Swiss make good chocolate.
EDIT: That was brandwise, favorite KIND of chocolate is milk chocolate, closely followed by dark. Not a huge fan of white chocolate but it's nice on occasion.

^ I agree with Firehawk... Dove Bliss is amazing. And I like dark chocolate, but not REALLY dark chocolate, if that makes any sense
