I love dark chocolate with liquid mint filling. Manufacturers usually add too much sugar to the mint filling which makes it too sweet, hence I prefer dark chocolate with it.
Without fillings/other additional flavors I like regular chocolate over dark though.
^ Agreed. White chocolate is pretty bad.
Can't remember the brand - but it's dark chocolate with hazelnuts. Yum yum. Sister bought it once for me coming home from a vacation in California, ever since then haven't been able to find it again.
When I was young there was a chocolate that we got at the local small grocery store. It was called Ice Cubes, a small square milk chocolate wrapped in gold foil. It didn't have any filling but it was made with powdered hazelnuts, and it was so unbelievably smooth and rich, immediately melting in your mouth. It wasn't a high end luxury chocolate, but it was transcendent. I think they are still around, but I've lost my taste for chocolate, so they remain a sweet memory.
But the TRUE best chocolate, the godly chocolate, is lindor. Every time i eat it, i go through an entire box in a day, sometimes five minutes, when i can hold myself back, it takes two days. Seriously, its one of the three best things on earth.
i equally like dark and milk chocolate. but i LOVE ferrero rocher, i wouldnt doubt being able to eat my weight in those things, (im not fat i just love that candy lol)
