Big fan of the original anime series here, can't wait to see how this stacks up :)
John 'Sulu' Cho as Spike should be interesting.

Series premieres on November 19th on Netflix :)

I've never been able to get into anime (I wish I could, there so much of it!) but this live action version looks really good. The premise reminds me a bit of Firefly.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?

To be honest, Bebop is a fairly atypical anime. One of the ways in which it was way out ahead of the pack was its soundtrack, which was awesome; each episode was backed by music of a different genre. Tne good news is, Yoko Kano, the composer who worked on the anime, is back for the live action series too :)

I watched the first three last night, and you're right, the music really stands out... love the theme music in particular.

The sound design/sound effects deserve a mention too, really nicely done.

I'm not a huge anime fan, but among the stuff I do like are Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, GitS:SAC and Trigun ;)
