I feel very sorry for anyone who sets out to have surgery to make themselves look like someone else, especially a celebrity or toy. It shows a massive amount of personal insecurity, and perhaps self-loathing, which probably needs a therapist's attention rather than a plastic surgeon's.

After a discussion with the team it was felt that a story involving gender reassignment, genital modification and the desire to change your ethnicity is probably best discussed on a Forum that caters for such discussions.

I hope you understand our reasoning for locking it.
