what "healthy" fun, nutritious carb sources do you prefer?
I personally really enjoy raising alongside my oatmeal because oatmeal tastes awful!
for yams I add pineapples inside and make them taste decent, at least edible
wish there was a way to make healthy rice pudding
I enjoy eating watermelons, raspberries, figs, currants, peaches and many more delicious fruits!
seedless cherries would be amazing but I h8 the cherry seeds so that's why I don't eat them!
I love pomegranates but they're way too expensive
air fried potatoes are also amazing
but what do you guys prefer/suggest?
