Looks like the person has no nails, maybe they had to be removed so she (assuming her) had tattoos on instead Remember Caz. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

My friend had to get one of her big toenails removed permanently because it was badly ingrowing. It did look a bit ... dare I say, disfigured. What an excellent idea, to have a tat put there to cover the scar and make things look nice again :) Probably hurts like hell though.
