Last year I was walking past a polytechnic and a group of guys was standing outside, one dude, very young teen or early 20s had his face covered in tattoos and as I was walking he just stared at me, trying to intimidate me, I just stared back. Later that month or so I was a model and I was in the class next to his - he was doing a hairdressing course
Perhaps he just naturally has a resting bitch face? Or he thought you were staring at him?
he probably was like that dude is staring at me. i guess ill just stare back (same reason you stared back too)
The fairies represent my children, and I now have hearts next to the fairies representing my grandchildren.
Have quite a few others (including 2 small ones on my hands) most have a meaning.
Remember Caz. Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Old School
What sort of face tattoos are commonly linked to gangs there? Face tattoos are generally rare here, and I know of no gangs that are associated with tattoos here.

No, not at all. He was definitely trying to make me feel uncomfortable.

A lot of our gangs here in NZ have face, neck and hand tattoos - it's all part of causing others to feel intimidated by them, same as there patches on their jackets.
Tattoos are considered to be not masculine here (among gangs), so many gangs don't get them. Then again, most gangs here are either very obscure or are teenagers.
