I don't do delivery, but I tip by basically taking 15% then rounding it up to the nearest 5, but never under 5 for breakfast or 10 for lunch/dinner.

Tbh, I typically tip between like 20-40%. That said, I am really trying to limit how much I go out, too. I have also left 50-100 dollar tips if I know the person, the person has waited on me for years (like my anniversary spot) or right around Christmas and I'm feeling it. It's something unpredictable
But in the end, it's right

At restaurants if the service is average or better I tip 15% minimum, usually 25-40%. Cash only if it's an option. If the service was bad (and there's no excuse / it wasn't busy at all) then I don't tip. I seldom order food but when I do I tip the delivery driver around 10-15% of the meal cost, or at least $3.
