Hi, I don't know if there was ever a thread like this but I couldn't find it if there was, so please forgive me if this thread already exists. I thought it'd be a cool and fun idea for us to show off our pets.
*We can also discuss pets, rather than strictly sharing photos as originally intended. We originally wanted an outlet for pet photos, but textual input can be valuable as well.

Also I'm sorry if you don't have any pets of your own. You can still look at them here, or maybe consider finding one to adopt!

Feel free to give any back story, breed information, age, etc. If you want to!

I'll start.

This is Willow. Her birthday is March 2nd, so she's a bit over 8 months of age.

I'm not entirely sure what breeds she is, her original owner said German shepherd and Husky.

I might do the DNA test thing at some point, idk yet.

Sometimes when she's really hyper, she tries to chew my hands and bites at my ankles but I love her so much.

A few more pictures of her. :)

Thanks. I look forward to seeing your pets.

She is adorable, What a sweetheart. She will be a stunning dog, my friend has a GS cross Husky and she is beautiful

This is our boy Sidney, a Doberman, he is now 18 months old, but I wouldn`t say he is terribly mature as yet. He still wrecks anything he can grab, steal , sit on or find.

We no longer have a seat in the back of our car, just some ragged bits of foam and springs. I refuse to let him in mine.

Fortunately we never spend a lot on my husband`s car as he uses it for work, (building) and also ferries horse and sheep feed around in it so it gets pretty wrecked anyway, so not too devastated.

Cute dog there!

Sometimes (like right now) she just won't stop trying to chew my hands and will bite me, and it has frustrated me but then I'm just like "aww she's so cute" haha.

The biting stage is pretty awful, and extremely painful but they do grow out of it.

You are supposed to stay still and make a yelping noise like their litter mates would do and they then learn bite moderation.

Sidney didn`t read that rulebook though, my squeals just excited him further and made him bite harder.

It will pass though. :)

That he can steal, lol, I get that, dogs can be very sneaky. I open a closet for 5 seconds and my dog will grab something from inside it and run off with it. It's like she knows what I don't want her to mess with and messes with it anyway to troll me. I think it's just the stuff I use a lot but yeah.
Thanks for sharing a photo and I'm sorry to hear about the backseat. I'm sure he can be really sweet too like how Willow is when she's not causing trouble. I hope he matures up a bit for you soon though.

Willow doesn't seem to respond positively to yelps at all either lol. I've heard that some dogs do while others don't. I hope she grows out of it soon, she also thinks the leash is tug of war.
