I do like playing Sims, but it's not very often i do play. When I do play, its usually with my niece and we have a blast building our dream houses and what not.
i used to as a kid, it was the only game me and my sister could ever agree on playing together. Now days the only sims game i touch is sim city why build a house when i can build a city
*Boosting this topic.. I apologize for any inconvenience, I hope this is allowed*
I started playing it around the same time I got into Runescape so almost 10 years now. I started with The Sims 1 and got The Sims 2 soon afterwards. I've played all of the installments of the series so far but I have to say that TS2 is still my favourite - especially with The Ultimate Collection released last summer, it just has everything you need about it!
The way I play has changed a lot over the years. I used to be really into the base game neighborhoods (love them all equally) but these days I'm more interested in building my own custom hoods. I've been playing in a medieval neighborhood for about six months now and playing it has changed from "meh" to pretty gripping as the original characters are dying and it's time to take care of the latter generations. Really fun in my opinion, plus the downloadable custom content makes it even more so (you can even have the plague!)

it should be fine, this thread does get bumped fairly often but with it being only one every 10 minutes it sometimes takes a while to get back round to any given thread.

I love The Sims, Runescape and The Sims are my games. I love the main series (all of them), but I play The Sims 3 the most, because of the open world. I love The Sims 1 most because it's the first I ever played,
I tend to choose games that I can play with my friends, or games that my friends would play. But The Sims is one of those games that I can play alone and thoroughly enjoy it. Though, lately, I've been distracted by other games.
