Not a big fan of most big breweries here in America. But there is a local brewery just thirty miles from where I live. And man oh man they make some amazing stuff. One that they make is an amazing Oatmeal Cream Stout. A nice rich dark, yet creamy stout. It has a 7.5% abv and produces an amazing creamy light head. Another that they make is called Stifler's Mom. It is Belguim style ale, and not for the feint of heart either. It weights in at 9.5% abv. A rich well bodied ale, with a hint of bitterness. It reminds me a lot of the Belgium Lambic Ales. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

Just got through brewing a five gallon batch of a German style smoked beer, well the wort that is, have it sitting in a nice cool dark place right now. So I will not get to taste it until around the end of May first of June. Cannot wait. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.
