Sorry to hear the news of the death of actor, singer and all-around entertainer Bernard Cribbins at the age of 93.

For many British people he is inseparable from his narration of the classic children's TV series The Wombles , his appearance in Fawlty Towers , his comic songs Hole in the Ground and Right Said Fred , and his roles in Dr Who and The Railway Children .

One of the greats.

A legendary actor with a massive list of programs and films he's featured in.

What a great actor he was.

Loved him in the Dr Who Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. 1966 and Yes I watched it many many times.
