Battalion Wars was pretty fun. Wind Waker and Twilight Princess were as well.
I remember with Wind Waker I always asked a classmate at school how to progress whenever I got stuck haha. He had an official guide book. Walkthroughs were not so easy to find online back in like 2003, at least I couldn't find them. My English wasn't good (not my mother tongue) so understanding what was written if I did manage to find something was another problem.
Feel free to take a look at my suggestions:
200m xp prestige
Metroid Prime games are something I've not played much, only played a bit of 2 but thinking of getting the Trilogy off Wii U e-shop soon
200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left
Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door (super long game but very fun)
Luigi's mansion
Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga (it could be played on Gamecube even though it was for Gameboy Advance)
Conflict Desert Storm
Conflict Desert Storm back to Baghdad
Animal Crossing
Not necessarily in that order but those are favorites.
I've been practising speedrunning on Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex and Super Monkey Ball 2 (the beginner challenge). I'm also trying out a banana attack on Monkey Ball 2.
Prepare for hell on RuneScape in
Naval Cataclysm!
Me and my brother picked up Super Mario Strikers recently. Forgot how fun it was... Super Team is awesome!
Windwaker is a masterpiece! Only Zelda game that outs Breath of the Wild to the test.
I actually collect Gamecube games... so it's hard for me to pick just one. Doshin the Giant was fun! A Hidden gem for me since I'm in the U.S., Pikmin and Pikmin 2 are awesome! Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion. They're all good!!!@@@

I had the first one but lost it.
Got the second one to compensate, and it's just as fun. I hope I can get it again though, because I just miss running around marvelling at Phendrana Drifts. I happen to love snow and ice.

I only played multiplayer Metroid on GameCube with my friends when I was younger. Would like it, but it's one of those hard to get GameCube games... plus I want an excuse to buy the Windwaker/Metroid bundle pack x)
Pikmin 2 was hard, but I 100%ed it
