Seen a lot of amazing choices. I *loved* both core Star Fox games, for the Gamecube.
My absolute favourites for GC though, in this order would be:
Amazing times. Kirby's Air Ride, as well any of the Warioware games, of course, deserve mention as well.

super mario sunshine
and
mario kart double dash
was really fun when playing with a friend >

Super Smash Brothers Melee and Mario Sunshine are both great too
Melee is great multiplayer.
200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left
Melee is great multiplayer.

Super Mario Sunshine for me.
