Thats the first thing I did with my Edam. Cheese on toast with salt, pepper and a bit of chilli powder... yeah!

I ran out of cheese and I have a bag of tomatoes which goes nice with cheese - Cheese and tomato toasted under the grill with a sprinkling of salt and freshly grounded pepper or Cheese and tomato toasty sandwich - nom, nom, nom.

If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!
