There are loads of players who enjoyed Arcanists when it was around, in fact, Arcanists could have probably been it's on stand alone site similar to OSRS or something, or could have been swapped over to mobile as it's similar to many mobile games graphics wise since the mobile gaming industry took off.
My question is WHY, did jagex just completely abandon it, and seem like they refuse to allow the game to come back in any way? Are they ingterested in selling the games code and rights? I know SOMEONE out there has offered by now, and then it wouldn't cost a heck of a lot to have 5 servers or whatever to host the game. OSRS has like 200 servers.
I'm actually pretty confused and cheesed off whenever I think of Aercanists, because no other game has been made that was like it, aside from freaking WORMS, and it's just sitting there covered in dust for no reason whatsoever, as if someone high up at jagex played it once and got owned and then decided to bury it out of spite.
Anyone know what the deal is?
