I don't use computer, but saving bookmark icons to desktop is helpful.
If you save something like https://ytmp3.cc/downloader/ as a desktop icon.... it's easy to open, but more importantly, it's easier to close.... and reopen... cos these type of sites sometimes have loads of pop ups. Forget about the back key, just close and open again and pop ups gone, tada.

You might wanna get download manager too, idk... if downloads stop when u close browser easier to get download manager.

Use telegram so when you download tiktok you don't get the watermark.

Instagram
I think telegram app works for instagram too, but idk. I never used tiktok or instagram. I rely on cool cats like you to make cool videos and put them on YouTube. I still get all the memes and best tiktok and instagram stuff. I'm lazy though. I let other people sift through the rubbish and bring me the coolest stuff on their youtube channel

i'm good at this stuff.
Best free program is Jdownloader 2. use the link grabber tab you can either download the audio or choose from all the video resolutions 480p-4k etc. just paste the youtube link.
for some sites the link won't give you the download token you want, open dev tools on chrome and open networking tab and reload page or best option is right click video and click reload.
^all that loads will display......images, tokens. heck even you can unlock blocked content, say the video token contains "_480p" change that to "_720p or 1080p" i'v had it unlock them to download when sites only wanted you to view 480p for free
Sometimes on sites you will hit .ts1 .ts2 to 4000+ / segment1.m4s etc....part files as they call them. jdownloader 2 should from the link find all the main videos but if it can't, have to do it manually by the above, they usually are named videoplayback?63463 etc or .m8u3 extensions etc.
^The program should do 99% of videos, even downloads a whole sites images etc

Oh and on some sites you must keep video on pause or the token expires. it's rare but a site did have that happen to me once. so if download fails after you close the window, that's why.
