There's no thread on K-Pop. Every forum should have one.

Let me know your favourite songs, groups, biases etc.

I recently saw someone in-game talking about (G)I-DLE and it made me wonder if there was any K-Pop presence in the desertlands of the forums.

My favourite group is Twice, but I'll post my list of general recommendations for newcomers below.

If you don't like K-Pop yet, then you might be missing out. Everyone has the potential to like K-Pop.

Sometimes it takes a while to get into, even devout fans of the genre find that some songs require a few listens before they are loved. There's a lot of diversity within the genre, so you can probably find something that aligns with your existing music taste.

I think it is fair to say that the quality of K-Pop music videos and performances is unmatched by other genres. High budget productions with elaborate choreography, seamless transitions, and near-perfect use of lighting, camera work, fashion and colour.

The songs are not only incredibly catchy but often also addictively cheerful and upbeat, which can be particularly uplifting during periods of global negativity and unhappiness.

You can just enjoy the music or you can follow your favourite groups in more detail, there's a wealth of behind-the-scenes content, vlogs, reality shows, and fan interaction available, allowing fans to connect with the idols.

Cool list :) I have listened to some K-pop like BTS. I think they are the most famous right now. The first one I heard was boy in luv. Of course PSY gangnam is a classic :p

This is from before I got into k-pop, but I've definitely heard it before. Volume Up is probably my favourite 4Minute song.
