np: Enigma - Beyond the invisible

Been listening to a lot of "magical" music today. This is just that with a space themed twist. Unexplainable things take place when you go out there and leave everything behind. And then there's no going back. Particularly I like the visuals in the music video: the change from spring to winter gets me every time.

Very artistic.

This song represents my days growing up, as this was the music that got passed on from my family. While I like it for memories, I think the song showcases a thing I like about electronic music. It accumulates effects: first there's drums, then vibes and then it's just this well controlled mess of stuff.

I think, somehow, this is a cornerstone of 90s music, but that's subjective.
