I thought last night's episode was mostly dull with one or two bright moments.

I loved...
The bit where you were led to believe that Carol had "gone soft"... then we saw the truth!
She still kicks ass.

Just about to get stuck into this week's episode, hope the pace picks up a bit.
Almost abandoned it altogether but I'll persevere a bit longer, give the new storyline a chance.

He did not die. He was found after the bridge exploded, by another person from an old group. The lady rescued him and coincidentally aka plot force was meeting a helicopter at the time. His family does not know he's alive. The movies are to take place in the new city he will be going to. The garbage bin is a meme call back to where Glenn hid from walkers, where we all thought he was about to die.

I think I need to go and binge the rest of the episodes. I don't like to watch shows like this one episode at a time on a weekly basis, I like to let the build up so I can binge.

I'm not sure at what point I stopped watching, but I'm hoping to find a whole bunch of new episodes waiting for me.

After years of loving this show, I've finally abandoned it.

There's nothing new happening, just the same old "find new group who turn out to be bad" storylines.

I remember when it used to be about zombies (or the infected, whatever you want to call them), and there's been nothing new with them for a long long time.
